Goulston & Storrs hires Brian Grindall as a real estate director
Grindall joins the firm’s Washington, D.C. real estate group after nearly 16 years at Tenenbaum & Saas, where he became a partner.
Commercial Observer reports that Brian Grindall, a veteran commercial real estate attorney, has joined Goulston & Storrs as a director in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Grindall spent nearly 16 years at Tenenbaum & Saas, ascending to partner, and previously served as general counsel at development firm the Opus Group, according to his LinkedIn profile as cited in the report.
At Goulston & Storrs, he will be added to the firm’s real estate practice, working across deal work including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development.
The report says Grindall’s experience also covers joint ventures, loan workouts and restructuring of distressed properties. Goulston & Storrs’ D.C. office head Paul Tummonds Jr. said the hire brings a practical business perspective for navigating complex real estate matters.
