Goulston & Storrs names commercial real estate attorney Brian Grindall director
Grindall, who previously spent nearly 16 years at Tenenbaum & Saas, joins the firm’s Washington, D.C., real estate group after a career spanning acquisitions, financing, leasing, and distressed-property workouts.
Commercial Observer reports that Brian Grindall, a veteran commercial real estate attorney, has joined Goulston & Storrs as a director in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Grindall previously spent nearly 16 years at Tenenbaum & Saas, where he ascended to partner, and he also served as general counsel at the Opus Group, according to his LinkedIn profile.
In his expanded role, Grindall will advise commercial real estate parties across major transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
According to Commercial Observer, his practice also covers joint ventures, loan workouts, and restructuring of distressed properties, with leadership describing his ability to handle complex real estate matters and adding that he was drawn to the firm’s collaborative culture.
