loanDepot to open Miami corporate center for tech and fulfillment roles
The planned center will open in September 2026 with initial capacity for 120 employees, adding technology, marketing, recruiting and mortgage fulfillment support across channels.
loanDepot plans to open a corporate center in Miami in September 2026, aiming to expand its East Coast footprint by centralizing technology, marketing and recruiting functions as well as mortgage fulfillment work.
The new site will support mortgage fulfillment roles across loanDepot’s direct lending, retail and partnership channels, and it will launch with capacity for 120 employees with room for future growth, the company said.
In announcing the move, loanDepot founder and CEO Anthony Hsieh cited Miami’s talent pool and the company’s existing retail presence, along with its naming-rights partnership with loanDepot Park.
The expansion comes as the lender has been navigating weaker profitability, with HousingWire reporting loanDepot posted a net loss of $54.9 million in the first quarter, widening from a $32.8 million loss in the fourth quarter of 2025.
