Dutchess Management, Yuco Management take space at 757 Third Ave

JLL said it completed 24,107 square feet of leasing activity at the Midtown East property as renovations and a prebuilt office program continue.

ConnectCRE reports that JLL completed 24,107 square feet of leasing activity at 757 Third Ave, as New York Life continues upgrading the Midtown East office building.

The outlet said Dutchess Management expanded into the entire 24th floor, taking 6,987 square feet. It also reported that Yuco Management signed a new full-floor lease for 6,960 square feet after relocating from 200 Park Ave.

ConnectCRE added that Elite signed a new full-floor lease totaling 6,960 square feet, while Wharton Equity Partners renewed its lease for 3,200 square feet. The leasing activity is being supported by planned cosmetic renovations to the lobby and the rollout of a new prebuilt office program.

ConnectCRE said JLL serves as the agency leasing broker for 757 Third Ave, with the team led by vice chairman Mitch Konsker and including executive managing director Clark Finney, senior managing director Simon Landmann, SVP Kristen Morgan, and VP Lance Yasinsky.
