Wolverine to invest at least $60 million in Arlington mixed-use plan
The city of Arlington would reimburse Wolverine up to $2.55 million for eligible costs tied to meeting performance requirements.
Wolverine Interests plans a new four-story mixed-use development in Downtown Arlington, Texas, with apartments plus space for shops, offices, and restaurants, according to ConnectCRE.
Under an agreement between the city of Arlington and Wolverine, the developer would invest at least $60 million by 2029 to redevelop the 500 and 600 blocks of West Abram Street and the 400 and 500 blocks of West Main Street.
As part of the deal, the city would reimburse Wolverine up to $2,550,000 for eligible costs if performance requirements are met.
The project’s timeline includes completing demolition of existing structures and site remediation by Dec. 15, 2026.
