The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission is relocating its headquarters to AmTrustRE’s 250 Broadway in Manhattan’s Financial District, Commercial Observer reported.

The agency will take 39,000 square feet across the entire fourth floor and a portion of the fifth floor, which includes private offices, conference rooms, and a hearing room for public proceedings, according to the report.

The TLC is expected to move into 250 Broadway in the first quarter of 2027. The lease length and asking rent were not disclosed.

Commercial Observer also noted that the 31-story, 648,000-square-foot tower is about 90 percent leased, with other tenants including WeWork, Rose & Rose, and IGI.
