Led by Chris Colgan, the team serves clients across Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties, and it launched in 2022 after Colgan built experience across multiple national brokerage brands.

HousingWire says Colgan has developed a digital marketing and content strategy that reaches millions monthly, including more than 89,000 Instagram followers and 40,000 YouTube subscribers.

According to HousingWire, The Real says that audience has become a significant source of buyer and seller leads, while also increasing exposure for clients’ listings.
