WinnCompanies hires Abby Goldenfarb as SVP for WinnDevelopment
Goldenfarb brings more than two decades of experience at Trinity Financial, where she led construction and adaptive reuse projects across New England.
Boston-based WinnCompanies has hired Abby Goldenfarb as SVP for WinnDevelopment, expanding leadership for its apartment-community development team. ConnectCRE reports that WinnCompanies is a national owner, developer, and manager of apartment communities.
Goldenfarb previously spent more than two decades at Trinity Financial in Boston, leading complex new construction and adaptive reuse work across New England. WinnDevelopment president Adam Stein said Goldenfarb will be a key leader serving New England, which he described as the company’s most active development market.
ConnectCRE also highlights Goldenfarb’s involvement in major projects, including development of the Avenir and One Canal Street in Boston’s Bulfinch Triangle. The outlet adds that she has led the adaptive reuse of Appleton Mills and 110 Canal Street in Lowell’s Hamilton Canal Innovation District, along with affordable homeownership efforts and transit-oriented, mixed-use, and multi-phased developments.
