Transwestern to provide asset services for Maryland REALTORS in Annapolis
The assignment covers two office buildings totaling 64,708 square feet, including the association’s 54,762-square-foot headquarters at 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway.
Transwestern has been retained by Maryland REALTORS to provide asset services for two office buildings in Annapolis, Maryland, according to ConnectCRE.
The portfolio totals 64,708 square feet and includes 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway, the association’s 54,762-square-foot headquarters office building, and 2594 Riva Road, a 9,946-square-foot single-tenant office building next door.
Transwestern’s Sarah Alt and Calin Gladden will lead management oversight of the properties. Alt said Transwestern will apply its customized, forward-thinking management approach to support operational excellence and an enhanced tenant experience.
ConnectCRE also noted that Transwestern manages a commercial property management portfolio spanning more than 240 million square feet across markets nationwide. Maryland REALTORS described itself as the largest professional trade association in Maryland, serving members through advocacy, professional development, legal resources, and industry leadership.
