Treeswift signs four-year lease for new Midtown Manhattan headquarters
The AI infrastructure firm, based in Philadelphia, plans to move into 256 W. 38th St. in August.
ConnectCRE reports that Treeswift Inc., an AI infrastructure technology company that supports electric utilities, has relocated its New York headquarters to 256 W. 38th St. after signing a four-year, full-floor lease.
The lease covers 7,487 square feet, and the Philadelphia-based tenant is expected to move into the Midtown Manhattan space in August.
Treeswift develops AI-powered software, LiDAR, and sensor technology used by electric utilities to collect and analyze field data, including for inspections, vegetation management, construction planning, wildfire mitigation, and storm response.
Lee & Associates NYC handled the transaction representation, with Daniel Rodriguez of Buchbinder Warren LLC representing Treeswift, while Todd Korren and Noah Caspi of Lee NYC represented the landlord, Hakimian Organization.
