QTS leases 77,000 SF headquarters space at Comstock’s Reston Station
The Blackstone-owned company will take the top three floors at 1800 Reston Row Plaza, leaving its current Sterling, Virginia headquarters at 22271 Broderick Drive as the prior location.
QTS has signed a headquarters office lease at Comstock’s mixed-use Reston Station in Northern Virginia, taking 77,000 square feet at 1800 Reston Row Plaza, according to Bisnow.
The deal covers the top three floors of Comstock’s new trophy office building. QTS’ current headquarters is listed at 22271 Broderick Drive in Sterling, Virginia, and QTS did not comment on how it plans to use the space.
Comstock said tenant demand has surged across Reston Station’s two new office towers, 1800 and 1870 Reston Row Plaza, which total 560,000 square feet and were nearly 100% committed to long-term leases with high-quality tenants in its 2025 year-end report.
Bisnow notes the leasing momentum includes Booz Allen Hamilton taking 310,000 square feet after a relocation from its Tysons headquarters, and Razor’s Edge signing a 15,000 square foot lease at 1800 Reston Row Plaza in February. Reston Station is also described as spanning 90 acres, with a recently opened 247-room JW Marriott hotel and residences.
