Veronica Beard renews and expands Manhattan headquarters lease
The fashion brand will occupy about 60,000 square feet at 26 W. 17th St., expanding by roughly 15,000 square feet.
Fashion brand Veronica Beard has renewed and expanded its headquarters lease in Manhattan at 26 W. 17th St., according to ConnectCRE.
The company is increasing its footprint to approximately 60,000 square feet, adding about 15,000 square feet, and will occupy the entire second, third, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth floors.
ConnectCRE reports that the leasing campaign was led by CBRE’s David Stockel and Taylor Walker, representing the landlord, The Winter Organization, in the negotiations.
JLL’s TJ Hochanadel and Rob Martin represented Veronica Beard, and Stockel said the renewal and expansion reflect confidence in both the location and the brand’s growth plans.
