Lockton expands AI intelligence platform across its US operations
Lockton said the AI-enabled platform combines data from policies, quotes, claims and exposures with analytics to provide faster, more targeted risk guidance.
Lockton, a privately held insurance brokerage and risk management firm, said it is rolling out its Lockton SAGE enterprise intelligence platform more widely across its US business. The company is expanding the tool beyond its original Lockton Re unit to cover wider operations including Risk Solutions, People Solutions, and Reinsurance, according to a statement from the firm.
Lockton SAGE is designed to bring together proprietary data, advanced analytics, AI-enabled technology and specialist knowledge to help clients make more informed decisions. Lockton said the platform is built to address challenges companies face when managing increasingly complex decisions that span people, finance and risk.
The firm said many organizations still operate with fragmented information, separate data sources and multiple AI solutions that may not provide a complete view of their needs. It added that the platform applies analytics alongside Lockton’s human expertise, using information from policies, quotes, claims and exposures to identify developing risks and highlight opportunities for earlier action.
Lockton CEO Ron Lockton said the approach pairs technology with advisory expertise, describing Lockton SAGE as a move beyond a traditional insurance service model toward a more tailored environment aligned with each organization’s objectives and measures of success. The company said the platform aims to support stronger financial and operational resilience throughout the insurance lifecycle.
