Rechat launches an MCP server that connects AI assistants to its platform
The integration uses OAuth permissioning to let agents run real estate workflows, including contacts, marketing campaigns, and transaction status checks, inside tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
HousingWire reports that Rechat has launched the Rechat MCP Server, a secure integration that connects AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude directly to Rechat’s platform.
The company says the setup, built on the Model Context Protocol, lets agents manage contacts, create marketing campaigns, track transactions, and use natural language to check business data, rather than simply receiving general guidance.
Rechat added that OAuth authentication is used to provide permission-based access, limiting what an AI assistant can do to actions the individual agent is authorized to perform within Rechat.
HousingWire also notes that the server is designed around real estate workflows, so AI can execute tasks tied to Rechat data while extending the company’s AI strategy beyond its in-platform assistant, Lucy.
