Adams Street Partners to move HQ to 120 S Riverside Plaza
The private markets investment manager will take about 46,000 square feet at the West Loop office and expects to relocate next summer.
Savills announced that Adams Street Partners, a private markets investment management firm, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 46,000 square feet at 120 South Riverside Plaza in Chicago.
The firm will relocate its headquarters from One North Wacker and is expected to move into the new space next summer, occupying the entire 20th floor and part of the 21st floor.
Connect Commercial Real Estate reported that the transaction was represented on Adams Street's side by Savills executives including Vice Chairman John Goodman, Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg, Corporate Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, and Managing Director Isabell Schwartz.
The landlord, La Caisse, was represented by CBRE’s Kelsey Scheive in partnership with the Hines asset management team, and the new space is within a 1.4 million square-foot SOM-designed office complex in Chicago’s West Loop.
