QTS leases 77,000 sq. ft. office space at Reston Station
The long-term deal covers the full 11th, 12th and 13th floors of 1800 Reston Row Plaza in the Reston Station mixed-use project.
Comstock Holding Companies has signed a long-term office lease with QTS Data Centers for 77,000 square feet at 1800 Reston Row Plaza in Reston Station, according to ConnectCRE.
The lease spans the entire 11th, 12th and 13th floors, and QTS will use the space for its headquarters, ConnectCRE said.
QTS Data Centers is owned by Blackstone, and ConnectCRE noted that Reston Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development of about 90 acres with multiple office buildings that host corporate headquarters, including Google, Booz Allen Hamilton, ICF International and CARFAX.
QTS described Reston Station as an ideal headquarters location due to access and the business community, while Comstock said QTS represents a high-growth digital infrastructure company choosing the project for premium office space within the live-work-play ecosystem.
