Brands by Integra acquires Century 21 Connected to enter North Carolina
The acquired brokerage will rebrand as Century 21 Integra and gain access to Brands by Integra technology, marketing, coaching, and recruiting resources.
HousingWire reports that Brands by Integra entered the North Carolina market by acquiring Century 21 Connected, its first brokerage in the state.
As part of the transition, the brokerage will rebrand as Century 21 Integra while continuing to operate under the Century 21 brand, and agents will be able to use Brands by Integra's technology, marketing, coaching, education, and recruiting resources.
Brands by Integra said the move is designed to help the brokerage's agents expand while maintaining a client-focused approach, with leadership describing the expansion as a strategic goal.
Following the acquisition, Brands by Integra’s network now includes more than 2,000 real estate professionals across more than 70 offices in 19 states, supported by services including marketing, technology, training, mortgage, title, insurance, relocation, and business development.
