Move lifts Realtor.com revenue as RealPRO Select growth continues
Realtor.com logged $167.0M in Q4 revenue, marking a seventh consecutive quarter of growth, and averaged nearly 300M monthly visits with 33% market share.
Move, the parent of Realtor.com, said its FY2026 revenue rose 11% to $610M, driven by higher sales of RealPRO Select and growth across seller, new homes, and rentals, according to HousingWire. The company also highlighted the performance during News Corp fiscal year 2026 fourth quarter earnings communications.
HousingWire reports that Realtor.com revenue increased 13% year over year to $167M in Q4, extending a multi-quarter growth streak that now totals seven consecutive quarters.
During the same quarter, Realtor.com averaged nearly 300 million monthly visits and held a 33% market share, with ComScore data showing it outpaced Homes.com and Redfin by visit share. HousingWire also said Realtor.com recorded an average of 5.5 visits per unique user, compared with 3.6 for Zillow and 1.9 for Homes.com.
Move also cited product updates tied to its premium and AI offerings, including the launch of RealAssist AI and upgrades to homeownership tools such as buyer demand signals and a buying power calculator in its My Home dashboard. The firm additionally reported 68 million average monthly unique users for the quarter, down 6% annually, which it attributed primarily to broader macroeconomic trends and a focus on higher quality leads, according to HousingWire.
