Rudin names Craig Panzirer office leasing head

Panzirer, who started in July, will lead leasing across Rudin’s 8.6 million-square-foot office portfolio, including 345 Park Avenue and 350 Park Avenue.

Rudin has hired Craig Panzirer as senior vice president for office leasing, Commercial Observer reported. Panzirer began the new role in July and is now responsible for the firm’s leasing strategy.

According to Commercial Observer, Panzirer will oversee Rudin’s 8.6 million-square-foot portfolio of office properties, which includes towers such as 345 Park Avenue, 3 Times Square, and One Battery Park Plaza, as well as the planned supertall 350 Park Avenue.

Commercial Observer said Panzirer reports directly to Michael Rudin, the firm’s co-CEO. Michael Rudin described Panzirer as an addition to the leadership and broader leasing team, citing his experience leasing Class A New York City buildings.

The outlet also noted Panzirer’s prior background, including nine years at Global Holdings Management Group as senior vice president and director of leasing, and earlier work leading leasing for Vornado’s Penn District portfolio. Panzirer previously held leasing roles at Monday Properties and JLL, based on his LinkedIn profile, and told Commercial Observer he was honored to join Rudin’s Manhattan team.
