Aon appoints Tim Fletcher to lead M&A and transaction advisory in North America
Fletcher will oversee due diligence and support both private equity and human capital M&A capabilities, while continuing to lead Aon’s Financial Services Group national practice team.
Insurance Journal reports that Aon has appointed Tim Fletcher head of M&A, transaction advisory and financial services for North America.
Fletcher has more than 20 years of industry experience and has served as national practice leader for Aon’s Financial Services Group for five years, and he will retain that leadership role with added responsibilities.
In his expanded position, he oversees due diligence and Aon capabilities tied to private equity and human capital M&A, with responsibilities focused on driving growth, innovation and client impact across the portfolio.
The appointment also notes that Fletcher reports to Brian Wanat, CEO of commercial risk solutions in North America, and is intended to strengthen Aon’s data and analytics-driven M&A and private equity solutions.
