Selldorf Architects renews lease for 860 Broadway for 10 years
The renewal covers 13,815 square feet and keeps the firm at the Manhattan property for another decade, after more than 20 years there.
Colliers SVP Seth Hecht secured a 10-year lease renewal for architecture firm Selldorf Architects at 860 Broadway, covering 13,815 square feet, according to ConnectCRE.
Hecht represented Gordon Property Group in the renewal transaction, while Savills represented Selldorf Architects, with Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss named as its representatives.
ConnectCRE said the firm has called 860 Broadway home for the past two decades, and Hecht described the building’s Manhattan location as a desirable destination for creative and innovative companies.
The article also noted that tenants at 860 Broadway include Industrious, Valon, and retail tenant Uniqlo, and that Hecht is concurrently representing Gordon Property Group in leasing three additional Manhattan office properties.
