Innocean USA leases 101K SF at Hackman El Segundo campus
The ad and communications agency will use the space as its U.S. headquarters and production facility after construction completes in 2027.
Innocean USA has signed a roughly 101,000-square-foot office lease at Hackman Capital Partners' 888 N. Douglas property in El Segundo, where it plans to consolidate its U.S. operations.
The company will move into the space after construction wraps up in 2027, and it will serve as its U.S. headquarters. Innocean expects about 600 employees, currently spread across multiple buildings including a roughly 50,000-square-foot headquarters in Huntington Beach, to relocate to the El Segundo campus.
Hackman’s 888 Douglas is a 30-acre site with four buildings totaling about 550,000 square feet, previously a Northrop Grumman military aircraft manufacturing facility that was converted into creative office space.
Innocean will also use the office as a production facility for commercials and content, with rollup doors designed to make it easier to drive cars inside. Other tenants at the campus include L’Oreal US, while Beyond Meat has reportedly returned at least 61,000 square feet, and defense technology demand has helped support office interest in the area, according to Colliers.
