AgiBot becomes top global humanoid robot vendor in H1 2026

Shanghai-based AgiBot shipped about 8,400 humanoid robots from January to June, with year-on-year shipments up 562.0 percent.

China’s AgiBot has overtaken domestic rival Unitree Robotics to become the world’s largest humanoid robot vendor in the first half of 2026, according to research from Smart Analytics Global, published Sunday.

The Shanghai-based company captured 44.0 percent of the global humanoid robot market after shipping roughly 8,400 robots from January to June, the firm said.

Smart Analytics Global also reported that AgiBot’s shipments rose 562.0 percent year on year, supported by a diversified lineup that includes full-size bipedal A-series models, compact X-series units, and wheeled G-series robots.

The surge comes as both AgiBot and Unitree Robotics look to prepare for public listings amid a broader physical AI push, the report said.
