DAC Beachcroft adds three cyber partners to its data risk practice
The hires come from RPC, where the trio worked in its Cyber & Technology Insurance team led by Richard Breavington.
International law firm DAC Beachcroft is expanding its Cyber and Data Risk practice by appointing three specialist cyber partners, Richard Breavington, Rachel Ford, and Daniel Guilfoyle.
The partners join from RPC, where they previously worked as partners in the firm’s Cyber & Technology Insurance team, with Breavington leading that unit.
DAC Beachcroft said the practice focuses on advising insurers and corporates on cyber incidents, data breaches, and technology errors and omissions claims, along with coverage disputes and privacy litigation and recoveries.
Hans Allnutt, Head of Cyber at DAC Beachcroft, attributed the expansion to growing client demand across Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, including for deeper technology errors and omissions expertise and support for regulatory investigations and privacy-related matters.
