Dunn Isaacson Rhee leases 11,167 sq ft at 7 World Trade Center
The firm, based in Washington, D.C., will open the new Manhattan office later this year on the 34th floor of the 52-story, 1.7 million-square-foot tower.
Washington D.C.-based law firm Dunn Isaacson Rhee is setting up a new New York City office, signing an 11,167-square-foot lease at 7 World Trade Center, developer and landlord Silverstein Properties announced Monday, according to Commercial Observer.
The firm did not have the lease length or asking rent disclosed in the announcement. Commercial Observer reported that Silverstein pointed to the tower’s location near the Southern District of New York courthouse, citing the opportunity for clients and teams later this year.
Commercial Observer also noted that Dunn Isaacson Rhee previously listed another Manhattan office at 11 Park Place in the Financial District, and it was unclear whether the new deal is a relocation or an expansion.
Representing the tenant were Lee & Associates, with representation for Silverstein coming from in-house attorneys and CBRE. Commercial Observer added that the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill-designed building opened in 2006, and other tenants include Moody’s, Capstone Investment Advisors, and the New York Academy of Sciences.
