ENRG. Realty aims for selective growth with revenue share and equity awards
The brokerage, launched in January 2024, says it is building a state-by-state model led by managing brokers and plans expansion to Florida, Washington, Ohio, and Texas.
ENRG. Realty, a brokerage founded by Erinn Nobel and Peter Nobel, launched in January 2024 after the pair left Real following years of scaling agent growth and operations, according to HousingWire.
The brokerage describes itself as a virtual platform with a boutique structure, emphasizing human broker support and production requirements rather than relying on automated assistance, with incentives that include revenue share and equity awards.
ENRG. Realty says agents can access resources through its technology while also reaching a human broker quickly, and it argues that success for a virtual brokerage depends on well-educated managing brokers empowered to make decisions in each state.
Although the firm began in January 2024, HousingWire reports that expansion efforts intensified in January 2025, when ENRG. Realty announced plans to launch in Florida, Washington, Ohio, and Texas, and the brokerage says it is currently in 16 states with slow growth.
