ARMLS appoints Jeff Bosch as next CEO
Bosch will start in November, succeeding Matt Consalvo, who is retiring after a 14-year tenure.
Arizona Regional MLS, or ARMLS, has named Jeff Bosch as its next chief executive officer, with him set to begin the role in November, HousingWire reported.
Bosch will succeed longtime CEO Matt Consalvo, who is retiring after 14 years in the position. Bosch is currently CEO at IRES MLS in northern Colorado.
According to HousingWire, Bosch is also a director of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and has worked on various industry committees and workgroups. The announcement says he previously held MLS leadership roles at MARIS in St. Louis and worked in brokerage leadership.
ARMLS said the transition is occurring alongside broader leadership changes, including a new independent board structure, and will require navigating policy and technology shifts tied to buyer agency practices, evolving state and federal rules, and efforts to consolidate technology vendors.
