Debbie Pomerantz launches independent multifamily brokerage DLP Real Estate
DLP Real Estate debuts alongside the $13.25 million sale of Raritan Riverside, a newly constructed 42-unit luxury community in Raritan, New Jersey.
Veteran multifamily investment brokerage professional Debbie Pomerantz has launched an independent commercial real estate brokerage firm, DLP Real Estate, with a debut tied to a recent multifamily transaction. ConnectCRE reports that Pomerantz previously served as SVP with a multifamily-focused brokerage in Northern New Jersey and is now taking an independent approach to multifamily investment sales.
The firm’s first assignment aligns with the $13.25 million sale of Raritan Riverside, a newly constructed 42-unit luxury multifamily community at 21 Orlando Dr. in Raritan, NJ. ConnectCRE says Pomerantz represented the unnamed seller and procured the buyer.
Raritan Riverside opened as a mix of one-bedroom, 1.5-bath and two-bedroom, two-bath modern homes, with high-end appointments and tenant-centric layouts. The property also features a newly completed bike path connecting residents directly to the Somerset County Greenway network, as described by ConnectCRE.
Pomerantz said the new firm is designed to offer a more agile, creative, and unencumbered approach to the multifamily investment sales market. She also characterized Raritan Riverside as a flagship transaction that reflects what apartment-property investors are looking for, according to ConnectCRE.
