Ames & Gough appoints Brian Lynch and Jared Maxwell as SVPs
The firm promoted Lynch to lead its Associations and Nonprofits practice from Washington, DC, and Maxwell to oversee client service and business development in Boston.
Ames & Gough has appointed Brian Lynch and Jared Maxwell as senior vice presidents, promoting both to expanded leadership roles within the insurance brokerage firm, according to Risk & Insurance.
Lynch, named an equity partner in 2023, leads the firm’s national Associations and Nonprofits practice from its Washington, DC office. The firm said he brings more than 17 years of insurance brokerage experience and joined Ames & Gough in 2016.
Maxwell has served as an equity partner since 2016 and will oversee client service and business development for the firm’s Boston office. Risk & Insurance said his work since joining in 2013 has focused on professional liability and executive risk for architecture, engineering, and construction clients.
Ames & Gough CEO Matt Gough said the two have consistently delivered results for clients while supporting and guiding colleagues, adding that he is looking forward to their continued contributions.
