Gallagher Bassett names Varun Jain executive VP in new leadership role

Jain takes on enterprise-wide responsibility spanning Enterprise Product Leadership, Global Account Management, and Strategic Initiatives Implementation.

Gallagher Bassett has promoted Varun Jain to a newly created executive vice president role focused on Enterprise Performance and Product Leadership, with responsibility for enterprise-wide alignment and execution.

In the position, Jain will oversee three areas, Enterprise Product Leadership, Global Account Management, and Strategic Initiatives Implementation.

Jain joined Gallagher Bassett in 2024 as senior vice president for North America Solutions.

Before that, he held senior leadership roles in technology and financial services, including a role at Worldpay as senior vice president of Strategic and Product Partnerships, where he worked on strategic growth initiatives and product innovation.
