CBRE promotes Anna Wolke and Stuart Dyer in data center unit
The two executives are based in Northern Virginia and advise data center developers, investors and occupiers, work CBRE says totals more than $28 billion in capital markets transactions.
CBRE promoted Anna Wolke (Faktorow) and Stuart Dyer to executive vice presidents within its Data Center Solutions Group, the commercial real estate firm announced. Both are based in Northern Virginia and advise developers, investors, institutional owners and occupiers across the U.S. data center sector.
CBRE said Wolke specializes in capital markets and strategic real estate transactions for data center developers, investors and institutional owners. Dyer advises clients across artificial intelligence, cloud and federal sectors, focusing on data center occupancy and development strategies.
The company credited the pair and their team with completing more than $28 billion in capital markets transactions and 45 powered land transactions valued at more than $2.1 billion, citing their role in major deals.
CBRE President Kyle Schoppmann said growth in cloud computing and digital infrastructure is reshaping the data center sector, creating both new opportunities and added complexity for clients, and he credited Wolke and Dyer with helping clients navigate that shift as the unit expands.
