The Real Brokerage rolls out Leo 2.0 AI to automate real estate tasks
The AI platform is in beta with thousands of agents and has generated 1,992 conversations in the last 30 days after uploading about 3,000 previously non-responsive leads.
The Real Brokerage is rolling out Leo 2.0, an AI platform built into its reZEN system, designed to automate lead generation, marketing, and back-office tasks for real estate agents. HousingWire reports that the company is testing the platform with thousands of agents, with early users citing productivity gains and cost savings.
According to HousingWire, the firm plans further AI-agent development to automate up to 80% of real estate processes within six months. Its chief technology officer, Pritesh Damani, said the goal is to give agents time back and support the core work of creating new business or maintaining current customers.
HousingWire also reported performance from the rollout at the broker Premiere Group, where CEO David Keener said the team uploaded about 3,000 previously non-responsive leads into the system. He said that in the past 30 days, Leo 2.0 has generated 1,992 conversations, booking tours and operating in parallel with 444 live conversations.
The platform includes an AI Relationship Manager that analyzes client interactions and sentiment to identify prospects who may be ready to act. HousingWire reports that Leo 2.0 also provides consumers with branded property-search tools through the company’s HeyLeo platform.
