Sixth Street buys Pier House Resort & Spa in Key West for $190M
The deal covers a 142-room oceanfront resort on five acres at 1 Duval Street, financed with help from Starwood Property Trust.
Sixth Street has acquired the Pier House Resort & Spa in Key West, Florida, paying $190 million to Braemar Hotels & Resorts, according to ConnectCRE.
The purchase includes the 142-room luxury oceanfront property, located on five acres at 1 Duval Street near the gateway to Key West’s Duval Street.
ConnectCRE reports the transaction was completed in partnership with Riller Capital, with financing provided by Starwood Property Trust.
Amenities at the resort include two oceanfront dining venues, a full-service spa, a fitness center, an oceanfront pool, 75 linear feet of private beach frontage, and about 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
