:3Coffee Roasters signs lease for new shop at Halletts Point

The Durst Organization secured a 1,232-square-foot retail tenant at 30 Halletts Point, marking the first retail there and adding a second Astoria location expected to open later this year.

Housing and retail activity continues at Halletts Point in Astoria, Queens, where The Durst Organization has signed :3Coffee Roasters to open a new retail location at 30 Halletts Point, according to ConnectCRE.

The new space will total 1,232 square feet and is expected to open later this year, with the shop positioned as the family-owned brand’s second Astoria location.

ConnectCRE reports that the 30 Halletts Point site will be the first retail tenant at 20 and 30 Halletts Point, which opened last year with 647 apartments.

ConnectCRE also said :3Coffee Roasters was founded by Astoria residents Fabian Guzman and Andrea Gomez, and that the brand previously operated on Steinway Street in Astoria before expanding to the Flatiron District.
