Maxwell integrates Ardley analytics into mortgage point-of-sale platform
The pilot is designed to identify eligible refinance, HELOC and purchase borrowers and nurture them through application and closing, leveraging Ardley technology that matches borrower files with loan programs.
Maxwell is integrating Ardley’s portfolio analytics and targeting capabilities into its mortgage point-of-sale platform, the companies announced Monday. The integration aims to help lenders and servicers spot refinance, home equity line of credit and purchase prospects that meet eligibility criteria, then convert them into active loan opportunities.
HousingWire reports that the pilot will use Ardley’s customer and portfolio analytics within Maxwell’s point-of-sale workflow to identify eligible borrowers and automatically nurture them through the application and closing process. Ardley launched its platform in 2021 to analyze millions of borrower files, cross-reference them with public and private property data, and match borrowers with lender loan programs based on pricing and qualification.
Maxwell said its platform has an application submission rate above 88%, an average clear-to-close time of less than 18 days, and the ability to increase loan officer productivity by as much as 20%. John Paasonen, Maxwell’s co-founder and CEO, said AI is creating an opportunity for the mortgage industry and that the partnership is meant to help loan officers generate additional volume from existing customer bases.
Ardley’s founder and CEO, Nathan Den Herder, said both companies focus on using technology to accelerate lender growth, and described the partnership as a way for Maxwell clients to use technology to outperform competitors in different market conditions. The integrated solution is being introduced first through a pilot with select lenders.
