Bitcoin and ethereum slip amid Iran stalemate
Gold futures have fallen more sharply over the same period, with bitcoin down 4.4% and ethereum down 5.7% since the conflict began in late February.

Both cryptocurrencies fell Tuesday morning as the Middle East conflict continued without an apparent end date, the outlet said. Since the war began in late February, bitcoin has dipped 4.4% and ethereum has fallen 5.7%.
For context, gold futures (GC=F) have declined 14.7% over the same period, according to Yahoo Finance. The article notes that bitcoin and ethereum remain in an extended bear market and that analysts are divided on whether a bottom is near.
