Keller Williams launches KW Modular for modular housing training
The new North America agent community is designed to help agents work modular transactions spanning land, development, and factory-built homes.
Keller Williams launched KW Modular at its Mega Agent Camp, a new North America agent community focused on modular housing transactions, including land, development, and factory-built homes.
According to HousingWire, the program is open to KW-affiliated agents across North America and aims to provide specialized training, certification, and industry connections so agents can participate in what it calls an emerging residential segment.
HousingWire reports that the initiative is intended to address market pressures that are pushing builders and investors to consider off-site and factory-built construction, including labor shortages and affordability constraints that make adding supply more difficult through conventional builds.
Keller Williams said KW Modular is built around three pillars, education, connection, and certification, with training planned for modular transactions, land acquisition, development processes, financing, and builder relationships, plus a network connecting agents with modular builders, developers, vendors, and other industry professionals.
