Panattoni names Drew Zaborowski senior development manager for the Northwest

Panattoni Development Company has named Drew Zaborowski senior development manager for its Northwest region, tasking him with identifying and executing new industrial development opportunities while supporting the firm’s growth across the Pacific Northwest, according to ConnectCRE.

The appointment draws on Zaborowski’s more than a decade of industrial real estate development experience, including involvement across the development lifecycle from site acquisition and due diligence to entitlements, capital structuring, construction management, engineering, and asset dispositions.

ConnectCRE reports that Zaborowski previously held leadership roles overseeing industrial development projects across the Pacific Northwest, including serving as a market leader for a logistics property company and later co-founding Bear Creek Real Estate.

Panattoni partner Travis Hale said the company is excited to welcome Zaborowski, citing his depth of experience and understanding of the Northwest market as Panattoni continues expanding its regional presence.
