Paramount seeks state support for costs tied to delayed Warner deal
The Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery merger is now set to wait until a March trial ends.
Paramount is asking states to help cover costs connected to delaying its $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, according to NYT Business.
The deal, which was originally expected to move ahead on a faster timeline, is postponed until the conclusion of a trial scheduled for March, the outlet said.
