Primoris signs 25,000 SF lease at Sugar Land Town Square

The mixed-use office campus is targeting more than 80% occupancy after Primoris backfills the former Minute Maid space, with the lease starting on the eighth floor in 2027.

Primoris Services Corp., a Fortune 500 infrastructure services provider, has signed a 25,000 SF office lease at Sugar Land Town Square, a 1.4 million SF mixed-use development in Houston’s Sugar Land area. Bisnow reports that the project is being redeveloped under Rebees, which took over management, leasing, and marketing in 2019. Primoris’ lease is set to backfill space formerly occupied by Minute Maid, helping Town Square One reach more than 80% occupancy. Primoris will occupy the eighth floor of the building at 2150 Town Square Place starting in 2027. The landlord is represented by CBRE brokers Bubba Harkins, Jenny Sealy, and Joel Douthit, while Primoris self-represented. The story also notes Sugar Land’s approval of a $12.5 million reinvestment in Sugar Land Town Square for 2025, with improvements planned for Town Square One, including a refreshed lobby and updated finishes, and Town Square Two, including more extensive renovations and a centralized amenities suite.
