RJ Brunelli & Co. expands landlord platform via brokerage alliance
The alliance puts Nancy Mozzachio in a senior consulting-broker role focused on landlord representation across southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
RJ Brunelli & Co. announced a brokerage alliance with retail real estate executive Nancy Mozzachio, naming her as a senior consulting broker for the firm.
According to ConnectCRE, Mozzachio will primarily focus on expanding RJ Brunelli's landlord representation platform throughout southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.
ConnectCRE also reports that RJ Brunelli formed a strategic relationship with Mozzachio’s Sine Qua Non Real Estate Advisors, a New Jersey-based firm that provides development and operations services to retail and mixed-use developers, property owners, and investors.
Mozzachio brings more than three decades of leadership experience in retail real estate leasing, redevelopment, and operations, and the firm said the relationship is intended to grow its presence in the two target states.
