Willis Lease Finance buys Florida HQ campus for $118M

Willis Lease Finance Corporation, a publicly traded aircraft finance firm, has paid $118 million for Cocomar Business Park, a three-building campus under construction in Coconut Creek, Florida, according to Commercial Observer. The company plans to use the 375,000-square-foot property as its new corporate headquarters, with addresses at 4733, 4763, and 4851 West Atlantic Boulevard.
The South Florida Business Journal reported the purchase price and location, noting the firm previously listed its headquarters at 4700 Lyons Technology Parkway. The buildings are described as industrial space with a small amount of office area and conference rooms.
Commercial Observer also cited details from a marketing brochure, which said the industrial buildings offer 32-foot ceilings, 78 dock doors, and 313 parking spaces. The seller is an affiliate of Greystar of Charleston, South Carolina.
In its most recent annual report, Willis Lease Finance said it owns its current 60,000-square-foot headquarters in Coconut Creek and leases additional space in Pompano Beach and Sunrise. As of the end of 2025, the company reported owning 363 engines, 20 aircraft, one marine vessel, and other leased parts and equipment, serving 69 lessees across 37 countries, Commercial Observer reported.
