Jenna Rozenblat set to become president of Real REMAX Group after close
The leadership change is contingent on the REMAX acquisition closing, including court approval in British Columbia.
Real’s brokerage company said in SEC filings that COO Jenna Rozenblat will take over as president of the newly formed Real REMAX Group once the REMAX acquisition closes in the coming weeks.
The deal still depends on remaining closing conditions, including court approval in British Columbia, and it is expected to complete shortly after all conditions are met.
HousingWire reports Real also confirmed that REMAX CEO Erik Carlson plans to step down after the acquisition closes and join the Real REMAX board, and that other REMAX executives plan to leave following the transaction.
Shareholders at both Real and REMAX approved the proposed acquisition on Friday, after the deal was announced in April 2026 and remains subject to a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving the arrangement aspects.
