LaSalle buys 1.1M-SF Subaru distribution facility in Indiana
The 1,119,056-square-foot build-to-suit at Park 267 is fully leased to Subaru of America and was completed in 2024.
JLL completed the sale of the Subaru at Park 267 industrial distribution facility in Whitestown, Indiana, a 1,119,056-square-foot build-to-suit property at 5190 S. State Road 267, according to ConnectCRE.
JLL represented the seller, a joint venture between Prologis and Browning, while LaSalle Investment Management acquired the asset.
The facility, constructed by Browning’s construction division and completed in 2024, is fully leased to Subaru of America Inc. and functions as the largest distribution center within Subaru’s nine-facility national network.
The property is located 38.8 miles south of the tenant’s manufacturing facility in Lafayette, its sole production location outside of Asia, and JLL said the Indianapolis market’s limited new supply and absorption trends helped support demand for institutional-quality assets with long-term cash flows.
