Ratnaveer Precision Engineering approves rights issue worth ₹330 crore
The capital raise is priced at ₹264 per share and will fund the company’s ₹472.3 crore Copper Clad Laminate project targeted for commercial production in November 2026.
Ratnaveer Precision Engineering has approved a rights issue worth ₹330 crore, consisting of 1,24,99,669 equity shares at an issue price of ₹264 each, including a premium of ₹254 per share, according to LiveMint Markets.
The company set rights entitlements at 7 shares for every 40 shares held, with a record date of 26 August. The rights issue opening date will be announced later.
Ratnaveer said it plans to strengthen its capital base and support growth initiatives, including its Copper Clad Laminate, or CCL, project valued at ₹472.3 crore. The project is targeted for commercial production in November 2026.
LiveMint Markets also noted that the firm reported Q1 FY27 revenue up 20% year on year to ₹318 crore, with EBITDA of ₹36 crore and profit after tax up 21% year on year to ₹18.2 crore. Shares rose nearly 5% to a new 52-week high of ₹282.50 on BSE during the announcement.
