Alexander Grene Development breaks ground on Lilac Field in League City
The $78 million project covers 24.5 acres and is targeting its first industrial and retail tenants, with two initial industrial buildings expected to be completed by early 2027.
Alexander Grene Development has broken ground on Lilac Field, a $78 million mixed use business park in League City.
The project is slated to cover 24.5 acres, with plans for 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 220,000 square feet of flexible warehouse space.
ConnectCRE says once completed, Lilac Field will include 16 small warehouse units and seven retail and restaurant buildings.
The developer is seeking industrial clients to rent the warehouse space, and expects its first two industrial buildings to be finished by early 2027.
