Hyatt Commercial brokers 8,000 sq ft office lease for Menocal Family Practice
The new Hagerstown location will give Menocal Family Practice more space and flexibility to serve additional patients, according to the parties to the deal.
Hyatt Commercial announced that Menocal Family Practice has leased approximately 8,000 square feet at 1800 Dual Highway in Hagerstown, Maryland.
ConnectCRE reports that Hyatt Commercial brokers Treva Ghattas and Laurie Murphy-Zuiderhof represented the landlord in the transaction. The suite previously served as executive offices for a financial institution.
According to ConnectCRE, the leasing deal reflects a broader trend in Washington County, where healthcare providers are increasingly driving office leasing activity.
Hyatt Commercial said healthcare users can benefit from buildings that can accommodate medical uses or be strategically converted, citing comments from Ghattas, and Menocal added the new location provides the space and flexibility needed to serve more patients.
