Shoal Creek Capital and CamberMark to build 83,000 SF Colleyville project

The speculative industrial and flex development is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter at 6521 Colleyville Blvd., with preleasing already underway.

Shoal Creek Capital and CamberMark are developing more than 83,000 square feet of speculative industrial and flex space in Colleyville, Texas, aiming to add Class A options to a market described as supply constrained.

The Park at 6521 Colleyville Blvd. is designed around flexible suites for industrial, showroom and flex users, with delivery targeted for the fourth quarter. Preleasing is underway, with Citadel Partners partner Mac Morse and Paul Clarkson leading leasing efforts.

According to Bisnow, the development is positioned to serve small businesses, expanding companies, service providers and showroom users looking for space in the Mid-Cities area.

The same deal roundup also highlighted multiple other acquisitions and transactions across North Texas, including Shoal Creek and CamberMark's project alongside multifamily, retail and industrial deals involving Arlington, Red Oak, Dallas, and Aubrey, as covered by Bisnow.
