Transwestern arranges lease for 5,512-square-foot grocer at 680 N. Lake Shore
The grocer, 680 Lakeside Market, will join the building’s medical uses, including a newly completed Pinnacle Fertility Illinois ambulatory surgery center.
Transwestern announced that the owners of 680 N. Lake Shore Drive, Golub & Company and TopMed Realty, signed a lease with 680 Lakeside Market, a 5,512-square-foot grocer.
Connect Commercial Real Estate reports that Transwestern Senior Vice President Katie Steele represented ownership in the transaction.
The new store is operated by the same operators of Lakeside Foods in Winnetka, Illinois, and will offer fresh produce, grab-and-go items, sandwiches, salads, and other prepared meals.
In addition to the grocer, Pinnacle Fertility Illinois has completed construction of an ambulatory surgery center inside the property, as the building expands its medical and retail offerings in Chicago’s Streeterville Medical Research District.
