KCI Technologies leases 53,344 sf at Maryland business park

KCI plans to move its headquarters to 6 North Park Drive and expects about 300 employees to relocate in Q2 2027.

KCI Technologies, Inc. has signed a lease for 53,344 square feet at the North Park business community in Hunt Valley, Maryland, with St. John Properties, Inc., according to ConnectCRE.

The company plans to relocate its headquarters from Sparks to North Park, taking two and one-half floors at 6 North Park Drive.

KCI expects approximately 300 employees to make the move in the second quarter of 2027.

ConnectCRE also reports that the landlord was represented by leasing representative Stephanie Caronna, while Joe Bradley and Mark Deering of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services handled negotiations for the tenant.
